By accessing our website, placing an order, or engaging with our brand, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. Ordering & Payments

All orders placed through our website or in-store are subject to availability. Due to the high demand for our freshly prepared items, we cannot guarantee stock at all times. Prices for products are listed in PKR and are subject to change without prior notice. Full payment is required at the time of purchase, and all transactions must be completed using one of the accepted payment methods. We do not accept responsibility for declined transactions resulting from issues with a customer’s payment provider.

Refunds

Due to the perishable nature of our products, all sales are final. Refunds and returns are not permitted. However, in the event that an order is incorrect or does not meet our quality standards, customers must notify us within 24 hours for resolution. For custom and bulk orders, cancellations must be made at least 48 hours in advance to be eligible for a refund.

Custom & Bulk Orders

For pickup orders, customers must arrive within the specified time window to ensure product freshness. Orders not collected within 30 minutes of the scheduled pickup time are no longer guaranteed to be in optimal condition. For deliveries, estimated times are provided at checkout, but actual arrival may vary due to external factors such as traffic, weather conditions, or courier delays. Once an order has been delivered, Crusteez assumes no responsibility for loss, theft, or damage to the items.

Custom and bulk orders require a minimum of 48 hours’ notice and are subject to availability. Large orders may require a deposit, which is non-refundable if cancellation occurs within 24 hours of the scheduled fulfillment time. Special requests, including dietary accommodations, will be considered on a case-by-case basis but cannot be guaranteed.

Food Allergies & Dietary Preferences

Our products are prepared in an environment that handles common allergens, including but not limited to nuts, dairy, gluten, and soy. While we take precautions to minimize cross-contamination, we cannot guarantee that any item is completely free from allergens. Customers with severe allergies are advised to exercise caution when ordering.

Loyalty Program & Rewards

Crusteez reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate any promotions, discounts, or loyalty programs at any time. Rewards earned through our loyalty program are non-transferable, hold no cash value, and are subject to expiration or modification. Any misuse or fraudulent activity related to promotional offers or rewards may result in account suspension.

Copyright & Intellectual Property

The content of our Site and namely but not exclusively the texts, marks, logos, slogans, diagrams, photographs, videos, sounds, music, layout, designs, know-how, technologies, products, and processes are the exclusive property of and owned by Crusteez or its affiliated companies, licensors or content providers, and accordingly are protected by copyright, trademarks, patents and all other intellectual or industrial property rights which exist under applicable law. Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or modification of any website content is strictly prohibited.

Any attempts to gain unauthorized access, disrupt service, or engage in fraudulent activities will result in legal action. Crusteez reserves the right to refuse service to any individual or entity at its sole discretion.

The products displayed on the Site may be available on our Site for purchase, and may also be available in select third party retail locations. The products and prices displayed on the Site are subject to change at any time with or without notice. The prices or items in any particular third party store may be different from those appearing on the Site, and the in-store information and availability controls over any conflicting information at the Site. Your placement of an order through the Site constitutes your offer to purchase the items selected by you. Crusteez may accept or reject your offer, and your offer is not accepted by Crusteez until your order is shipped.

Limitation of Liability

All materials which are downloaded or obtained by any other manner during the use of our site are at your own risk and peril.
